Abstract

This Study Introduces VisionAssist, A Neural Network-based Companion That Helps People Who Cannot See Well. It Uses Smart Technology To Understand The Environment And Provide Real-time Information. VisionAssist Uses Special Computer Learning And Combines Information From Cameras And Phones To Provide A Complete Picture Of The Environment. It Can Correctly Identify And Describe Things, People, And Places, Making It Easier For Users To Move Around Safely And Independently. Better Ways Of Finding Objects, Combining Different Sensor Data, And Making Computer Speech Sound More Natural All Help Make The System Easier To Use And Give Users More Independence. The Next Steps Are To Build A Test Version And Test It With Many People To Improve It For Everyday Use.
