Abstract

Voice-driven Interfaces Represent One Of The Most Impactful Shifts In Human-computer Interaction Of The Past Decade. This Paper Presents The Design, Implementation, And Evaluation Of A Smart AI Voice Assistant—an End-to-end Conversational System That Integrates Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Dialogue Management, And Speech Synthesis Into A Unified Real-time Pipeline. The System Leverages Transformer-based Language Models For Intent Classification And Entity Extraction, Combined With A Recurrent Dialogue Manager That Maintains Contextual State Across Multiturn Conversations.
