Among Nanotechnological Advances, Nanoparticles Have Shown Exceptional Promise In Overcoming Physiological Barriers And Delivering Therapeutic Agents Efficiently To Specific Sites Of Action. This Review Explores The Role Of Nanoparticles In Various Drug Delivery Systems, With A Focus On Ocular, Pulmonary, And Gastrointestinal Applications. It Highlights The Unique Properties Of Nanoparticles, Recent Research Findings, Challenges, And Prospects For Clinical Translation.
