Abstract

Buildings Are Constructed And Managed Differently As Cities Continue To Expand, And Project Complexity Keeps Rising Dramatically. A Key Idea To Take Into Account For A Successful Construction Project's Execution Is Planning And Scheduling. An Efficient Technology Called Oracle's Primavera P6 Is Used To Determine The Optimal Schedule For Building Activities In Order To Minimise The Complexity. The Essential Prelude To Scheduling Is Construction Planning, Which Entails Establishing The Overall Order, Delegating Duties, And Specifying The Construction Techniques And Job Tasks. Planning Includes All Of The Actions You Take To Ensure The Success Of Your Project. Cost And Scheduling Details Are The Primary Determinants Of Any Project's Success Or Completion.The Purpose Of This Study Is To Use Primavera Software To Explain The Planning And Scheduling Of A G+6commercial Mall In Jabalpur, (MP). The Process Of Scheduling Necessitates The Use And Management Of A Lot Of Data. One Of The Most Important Components In Creating And Managing A Project's Schedule Is A Project Coding System, Like A Work Breakdown Structure. As High-rise Buildings Have Proliferated In Urban Areas, Planning And Scheduling Have Emerged As Crucial Ideas To Take Into Account For A Successful Construction Project. Project And Resource Scheduling Is Done Using The Critical Path Method (CPM) Logic In Oracle's Primavera P6 Management Software.In This Project, The Continuing Construction Of A Commercial Building Interrupts The Software To Explain The Significance Of Scheduling. Using Primavera, The Actions Were Tracked And Observed Every Day. This Report Clearly Demonstrates All Of The Crucial Phases, Including Establishing An EPS, A WBS, Linking Activities Based On Their Interdependencies And Resource Availability, Lowering Float Values, And Determining The Critical Path.
