This Study Explores The Impact Of Workplace Culture On Employee Behavior At Reshmi Industries, A Textile Winding Manufacturing Company. The Research Examines Key Cultural Factors, Including Leadership Style, Communication Patterns, Organizational Values, And Employee Engagement, To Understand Their Influence On Productivity, Job Satisfaction, And Retention. Using Qualitative And Quantitative Methodologies, Data Was Collected Through Surveys And Interviews With Employees Across Various Departments.
