Abstract
Academic Librarianship Is Constantly Changing Because Of The Swift Flip Of Digital Technologies, Which Are Affecting The Development And Use Of Information Resources And Services. The Rapid Development Of Digital Resources Such As E-books, Electronic Journals, Online Databases And Institutional Repositories Have Increased Access To Scholarly Information And Improved The Opportunities For Teaching, Learning And Research. Meanwhile, Networked Services Like Virtual Reference, Distant Access Systems, Research Assistance And Online Information Literacy Programmes Have Enhanced The Ability Of Academic Libraries To Adequately Serve The Changing Needs Of Users Of A Digital Environment. In This Sense, Information Literacy Becomes One Of The Most Important Skills Which People Should Learn To Find, Use And Share Information In An Effective And Ethical Way. The Purpose Of This Article Is To Discuss The Relationship Among Information Literacy, Digital Resources And Digital Services In Academic Libraries. The Study Discusses The Role Of Digital Resources To Support Academic Activities, Research Productivity And The Importance Of Information Literacy For Effective Approach To Use Information. The Review Also Covers New Developments Like Artificial Intelligence, Digital Scholarship, And Customized Library Services And Problems Like Information Overload, The Digital Divide, Cyber Security, And Limited Resources. From The Results It Is Seen That Digital Resources, Digital Services And Digital Information Literacy Are Well Connected And Complement Each Other To Deliver Better Learning And Provide Research Productivity. The Authors Come To A Conclusion That Investments In Technological Innovations And Service And Information Literacy Programs Based On Users Are Needed Continuously To Ensure Optimal Effectiveness Of Academic Libraries In A Context Of The Knowledge Society
