Abstract

This Work Presents An AI-driven Performance Analysis Of A Water-Cooled Chiller (WCC) Integrated With An Automatic Tube Cleaning (ATC) System, Enhanced By Internet Of Things (IoT) Technologies In An HVAC Environment. The Integration Addresses Condenser Tube Fouling—a Major Contributor To Energy Inefficiency And Maintenance Costs—by Enabling Continuous Cleaning And Real-time Performance Monitoring. IoT Sensors Capture Key Operational Parameters, Including Temperature, Pressure, Flow Rate, And Energy Consumption. These Data Are Processed Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) And Machine Learning (ML) Algorithms To Detect Fouling, Optimize Cleaning Cycles, And Predict Maintenance Needs. Results Indicate Up To 15–20% Energy Savings, Improved Heat Transfer Stability, And Reduced Downtime. The Proposed System Exemplifies A Smart, Sustainable HVAC Solution That Promotes Operational Efficiency And Predictive Maintenance In Building Infrastructure.
