In Today’s Dynamic Business Environment, Employee Engagement Has Become A Crucial Factor In Achieving Organizational Success. This Study Focuses On Analyzing The Relationship Between Employee Engagement And Productivity At General Connectors India Pvt. Ltd. The Research Aims To Understand How Factors Such As Recognition, Company Culture, Leadership Communication, Mental Health Support, And Mentorship Affect Employee Satisfaction And Performance. A Descriptive Research Design Was Adopted, And Data Were Collected From 150 Respondents Through A Structured Questionnaire. Statistical Tools Like ANOVA, Correlation, And Regression Were Applied For Data Analysis. The Results Reveal A Strong Positive Relationship Between Employee Engagement And Productivity, With Recognition, Communication, And Company Culture Emerging As The Most Influential Factors. The Study Concludes That Promoting A Culture Of Trust, Transparency, And Recognition Can Significantly Enhance Employee Motivation, Commitment, And Overall Organizational Performance.
