This Research Looks At How Consumers Purchase Smartphones, Examining The Factors That Influence These Purchases. The Smartphone Market Is Highly Dynamic, And Manufacturers Need To Understand What Consumers Want In Order To Remain Competitive. This Research Uses Both Qualitative And Quantitative Methods, Including Surveys And Interviews With A Range Of Consumers. Brand Loyalty, Price Sensitivity, Technological Features, Social Influence, And Online Reviews Are All Important Drivers Of Purchasing Decisions. The Research Shows That Digital Platforms, Particularly Social Media, Are Increasingly Influential In Forming Consumer Perceptions.
