The Research Focuses On Assessing How A Diverse Workforce And Inclusive Policies Influence Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture, And Overall Business Performance. By Examining Demographic Variables Such As Age, Gender, Education, And Marital Status, The Study Identifies Patterns That Impact Employees’ Perceptions Of Fairness, Equality, And Belonging.
