Abstract
This Paper Presents A Comprehensive Design And Implementation Of A Virtual Mouse System Developed In Python That Enables Natural, Markerless Control Of A Computer Cursor Using Real-time Hand Gestures Captured From A Standard RGB Webcam. The Work Combines Computer Vision, Machine Learning-based Hand Landmark Detection, And Signal Processing To Translate Dynamic Hand Poses And Movements Into Robust Mouse Actions (move, Single-click, Double-click, Right-click, Drag, And Scroll) With Minimal Latency And Good Tolerance To Lighting And Background Variation.
